予約時間から15分が経過してもご連絡がない場合、サロンより電話またはLINEにてご連絡させていただきます。
その際、すぐにご連絡が取れない場合は、予約をキャンセルとさせていただきます。
(キャンセル料発生)
さらに、その後もご連絡がいただけず、誠意ある対応がないと判断した場合は、無断キャンセルとして扱わせていただきます。その場合、施術料金の全額をお支払いいただくか、次回以降のご来店をお断りさせていただく場合がございます。ご留意ください。
☑日時変更は、予約日3日前から適用。
☑お仕事・体調不良はこれまで通り考慮(次回特典は解除)
☑同日内の空き時間への変更は従来通りOK！(特典はそのまま)

※Definition of Cancellation
If we do not hear from you within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, the salon will contact you by phone or LINE.
If we are unable to reach you immediately at that time, the appointment will be considered canceled.

Furthermore, if we still do not receive any contact from you and determine that there has been no sincere response, it will be treated as a no-show. In such cases, You will need to pay the full treatment fee, or we will have to refuse your entry.Please be aware of this.
☑ Date and time changes apply from 3 days before the reservation date.
☑ Work or health issues will be considered as before (next-time perks will be canceled).
☑ Changing to an available time on the same day is still OK as usual! (Perks remain the same)
